1. I have registered on EasyFiore but I can’t log in. What can be the cause of that?
You will only be able to log in after full authorization of your account. It usually takes around 24h. If you register on Friday after 4pm your account will be authorized on Monday.
2. I am an entrepreneur from EU (excluding Poland), but I am not registered with EU VAT ID, can I buy your products via EasyFiore?
All entrepreneurs from EU (excluding Poland) willing to buy Fiore products can register on EasyFiore.
During the registration process simply fill in your national VAT ID in the required field (at least 9 digits). Customers without active EU VAT number can buy our products in PLN currency with 23%VAT.
3. Do you deliver outside the EU?
Of course, we are sending orders outside the EU. All customers from outside the EU are asked to contact directly our exports department:

4. My country is not listed in the SHIPPING section. Can I still have the goods delivered to my country?
Yes, in such case please contact our export department through firstname.lastname@example.org in order to determine the delivery details. When placing your order, please select the "Shipping by international courier " option and shipping cost will be determined individually after completing your order.
5. I am a customer from EU (excluding Poland) but I have all the prices on EasyFiore in PLN.
What is the reason of that?
Customers from the EU (excluding Poland) who would like to pay for our products in EURO currency without VAT tax need to have an active EU VAT number. In other case you can only pay in PLN currency with 23% VAT.
6. Is there any minimum quantity that I need to order?
There is no minimum order quantity for clients from Poland and EU. Clients from outside the EU should order for at least 200 EUR.
7. What is the time of order execution?
Order execution takes from 2 to 5 working days. If you place an order on Friday after 4pm it will be prepared starting from Monday. To that time you also need to add 3-5 days for delivery to your country. All details regarding delivery costs and times are shown under the SHIPPING bookmark on www.easyfiore.com.
8. How can I pay for my order?

Product lines: ELITE, SENSUAL, BODY CARE and CLASSIC , are in our permanent collection, which means that they are constantly available for purchase. All models from those lines are presented in separate catalogues. GOLDEN LINE is a fashion product line, which changes twice a year in 2 seasons: Spring/ Summer and Autumn/Winter. Models from those collections are presented in catalogues which are published twice a year.
Products from YOUNG LADY are also presented in separate catalogue, however they are only produced on demand.
