In order to purchase goods at EasyFiore the Buyer needs to place an order indicating quantities of the requested models. Order can be placed by logging in and completing order forms at:
The ownership title is transferred to the Buyer's name once the goods and shipping charges are paid.
EasyFiore does not provide any guarantee that deliveries are timely if made in the period of technology and production shut-down (occurring each year in the period from 24.12 to 06.01 and from 01.07 to 31.07).
The Seller reserves that the inventory quantities shown on the EasyFiore website may differ slightly from the actual inventory quantities in stock. The customer will be informed about any changes in the quantities of ordered products.
EasyFiore confirms the availability of the ordered goods within 3 working days from the day of placing an online order.
In case of controversies arising from realisation of the sales agreements concluded through Easyfiore platform, the court appropriate to govern the case is the Polish Court, relevant to the location of Seller.
Polish law applies in respect of all sales agreements concluded through Easyfiore platform.

Shipping cost is included into the total amount to be paid and the charges depend on the destination chosen by the Buyer. You will find the charges on our website at Shipping & Returns section.
Online EasyFiore service features the cost of delivery while order process.
We issue an invoice on every product bought at EasyFiore service, so it is necessary to provide all the necessary company details.
The goods will be delivered to the address provided on Buyer’s account, unless other address is chosen.
We take no responsibility for any delays caused by the courier – GLS Polska Sp. z o.o.


The Seller takes no responsibility for any damage caused by inappropriate product handling, or the use of the product for the purposes it is not intended. The Buyer is obliged to check the goods received. If the content is inappropriate or the number of items does not comply with the consignment note or other specifications, the Buyer should immediately notify the Seller, in writing, about the inconsistence. That should occur prior to further use of the product. The same applies in the event of any mechanical damage.
In case of receiving opened or damaged parcel the Buyer should reject the shipping and notify the carrier and the Seller. Otherwise the Buyer accepts receiving the parcel for his own responsibility.
The Buyer should also inform the carrier about any mechanical damages to the goods, as the carrier insures the goods for transport purposes. Product under complaint cannot have any traces of use, otherwise the Seller shall not be liable for any further claims. The product under complaint should be sent back to the Seller in original packaging, along with the justification of the complaint and invoice. The Buyer incurs postage costs. The complaints are resolved within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
When the complaint is justified, the Seller shall exchange the faulty product for a new one. If that is not possible (e.g. the product is out of stock) the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price paid for the product. The costs of postage of faulty goods shall be paid back to the Buyer upon favorable outcome of the complaint resolution. Unjustified complaints are sent back at the Buyer’s expense.


EasyFiore does not store any credit card details and insures security guaranteed by PayPal system.
